A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

Ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Γαίου, με εκπληκτική θέα το λιμάνι και τα απέναντι νησάκια του Άγίου Νικολάου και της Παναγίας. Κάθε πρωί ο επισκέπτης απολαμβάνει την Ανατολή του ηλίου. Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής (50 μέτρα από την πλατεία). Γρήγορη μετάβαση με τα πόδια στις κοντινές παραλίες του Γαίου (100 μέτρα από την παραλία του Γιαννά).

Angelos Maizonette is an apartment that includes one double bedroom and bathroom with shower enclosure on the top floor On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. It is the third in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and N e ra d u house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the goal of staying as it was 200 years ago.
