The large apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of the property. It is located in a quiet street, and has dedicated parking on the front drive. It is perfectly situated - only a short walk to the North Shore promenade and beach, shops, restaurants, bars and railway station. It's a 15 minute walk to Venue Cwmru. The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

This newly refurbished, modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment can accomodate 4 guests, it comes fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with doors leading outside on to a small patio. The kitchen has everything you need, including all white goods. There is a dining table which seats 4, the living area has 2 large leather sofas a TV and electric fire. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. There is a seperate bathroom.

Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive. Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest.
