Pelican Upgraded 11th flr 1 bedroom -on the beach-

Our family vacation home is right at the beach You'll love it because of the great ocean views from the living room, balcony and kitchen and dinner area. It has new floors and brand new kitchen. We even have USB ports in kitchen area. The views, especially sunsets from 11th floor patio is amazing. This is a direct beach view unit. We have beach chairs/umbrella in unit, free WIFI, and complimentary Neflix. Pelican Beach Resort has very loyal customers that come back again and again every year.

We host families, friends, and honeymooners wanting to get away from the daily hustle and enjoy some majestic Gulf Of Mexico and the 11 mile " little lagoon " views. There is an abundance of sea life -dolphins, manatees, and stingrays to see. Walk to beach -deeded access- and take our cooler/ beach chairs.

Fantastic beach location! The condo has view to the beach. Enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner in the large balcony looking the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunset. Can sleep comfortably up to 6 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom, sleeper sofa and bunk beds in the hallway. It is located on the second floor; no elevator. Full size kitchen fully equipped. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Bath can be accessed from the hall and the bedroom. Free wifi and cable. Smart TV.

At the Beach with Water View !!

Fun and beachy 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a gulf view. We sit directly across the street from beach and within walking distance to beach access. Complex has 2 pools and a grilling area. We are on beach Blvd and very close to all the attractions and walking distance to restaurants and some surf shops, etc. We love this condo and think you and your family will as well. Sleeps 6 but a max 4 adults. $25 one time parking fee that will be a digital QR code upon arrival.

Great Modern Condo in the Heart of Destin!!

You will love this place I treat it as my own home. You will have all the necessities including regular towels , cable, high speed internet. The Public access to the beach is approximately a half a mile away. You'll have pools to relax in case you get tired from the beach the condo also has a tennis court! its a large gated community with a great big catch and release Lake as your backyard view.This unit is on the first floor.
