Our Apartment is located close to the Peroj center about 3 min walk, there you have two bakery, two markets, one pizza place and one fish restaurant who is located directly to the sea (10 m from sea) a bike rental service is also very near the center. Also in Peroj you have 3 local caffe bars and in the summer 4 beach bars with very beautiful beaches where you can get your morning caffe and enjoy the rest of your day in the sun. apartment is located close to the beach about 10 min walk by car5

Ovaj se stan odlikuje i prekrasnim pogledom na more i Nacionalni park Brijuni koji se sastoji od 13 otoka i otočića. Zadovoljstvo gostima pruža i uređena šetnica uz samo more u dužini od oko 7km kao i biciklističke staze. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment with sea view and Brijuni islands. The apartment is 98sqm, has its own entrance and parking on the property. The plot is 6000m and is fully enclosed by a stone wall. A 55 m2 swimming pool is poured in front of the house. On the entire plot of over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Colorful and sweet apartment situated in settlement Štinjan offering great place for your holiday, vicinity of the beach (400m) and well known historical center Pula (6 km) are few reasons for choosing this apartment. In-front of the building there is parking for 2 cars, keep that in mind. If both places are occupied, you can park by the road (like everybody else).
