Simple, cosy and bright apartment with one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the high ground floor on the street side on Dorfstraße, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, doctors, walking_cycling and hiking trails. In the village centre (approx. 500m) there are other supermarkets, shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and tourist information.

I rent a cozy apartment for 2 people with the possibility of an extra bed or cot (max. 3 people). The ski or village bus stops directly in front of the quietly located Haus Rosenheim, which takes you directly to the cable car or to the center of Mayrhofen.

A nest to feel good

They live on the first floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is also a bathtub. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor creates a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Sweden stove as a cosy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

My place is close to Mayrhofen and Finkenberg and has great views of the surrounding mountains. You are in about 5 minutes by car in 3 different ski areas. You'll love my place because of the coziness, the wonderful view and the quiet location. My place is for 7 people - so great for couples, families (with kids) and larger groups.
