Located in the historical centre of Rome, this appartment is within walking distance to some of the most iconic sights and streets such as the Spanish Steps, Via Frattina, Via del Corso and more! Perfect for those who also want to experience some luxurious Italian shopping! The appartment is also situated next to a variety transportation routes: Metro line A (Barberini) is only 250 meters away and Metro line B (Spagna) is 350 meters away as well as the accessibility to buses and taxis. The home is on the third floor of a historical building with access to a newly-restored 18th century lift (elevator) which adds to the building’s unique charm. The other antique details such as the original wood-coffered ceilings from the 1700s gives a quintessential Italian feel while the modern fixtures and furnishings adds moden comfort and elegance to the home. The house is very peaceful and quiet with a small living room, well-equipped kitchen, lovely balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the local scenery. There is a spacious bedroom with the options to use a 3rd bed and a crib. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and window. Some of the fixtures and services provided in with the rates of the home include: cleaning services upon arrival and departure, fresh linen, the use of all the amenities, free wi-fi, tv lcd, and two bicycles for you to roam around Rome! Dine on the Terracotta Terrace with Dreamy Rooftop Views

Grab a snack from the cherry Smeg fridge, step onto the rich Persian-style rug, and get comfy on the corner couch at a light-filled loft. Leafy house plants and open shelving create a Scandinavian vibe, while the vine and trellis terrace beckons. My apartment was completely redone by an architect. It is the 3rd floor in a walk up building. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It has a beautiful terrace where you can have a lovely meal outside. It is about 55 square meters in size. Small but quite cozy and the space is utilised beautifully. There is air conditioning and heating. There is a large shower in a spacious bathroom. The apartment is full of light and the metro stop is right across the pedestrian bridge. Less than 5 minutes away where it can connect you to the city center and many of the major sites of the city. You will have access to the entire apartment and terrace. I will not be available but my house Manager Saverio will be available to help out if there is need and he will be there to give you the keys and show you how things work in the house. Pigneto has a shabby-chic vibe, great restaurants and abundant street art. The building is less than a 5-minute walk from the new Metro C line right across the pedestrian bridge and within easy reach of most of the city's central attractions. By law, the city of Rome charges a city tourist tax for each tourist that is staying in the apartment for each night they are staying in the city. The price is 3.50 Euro per person per night and needs to be paid in cash to the host or co-host at the time of check-in and you will receive a receipt of payment. Children under the age of 10 are not charged.
