Swimming Pool is not shared. Guest Swimming Pool only. All furnished and equipped house. It is rented with bedding (bed sheet, pillows, pillowcases and blankets in the cold season) and face and bath towels. Kitchen and gourmet area, both equipped with refrigerator, cooktopp 5 mouths, microwave, oven, pans, sandwich maker, items for coffee preparation. Near supermarkets, bakeries! Easy travel for the tours.

I provide a charming house where my grandparents lived in the Dique region, 3 km from downtown Capitol or 3 km from the MG-050 Highway. We are close to hotels and bed and breakfasts, a quiet and cozy place that has a stream and hiking trails, also being easy to access to the lake of Furnas (600 meters), waterfalls, and other tourist attractions in the region.
