K dispozici zahrada s grilem a garáž na uložení kol. Vybavení pro děti (postýlka, rostoucí židlička, pískoviště, hračky,.) Dům se nachází kousek od Písku a nabízí mnoho možností k využití volného času. Přímo v Protivíne se nachází Krokodýlí Zoo, okolí je ideální na cyklo výlety, v blízkém okolí je obchod, pekárna, vlakové nádraží a mnoho dalšího.
