Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! 5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The studio is located on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse. Equipped with an outdoor veranda complete with umbrella, table, chairs and deck chairs, in front of the accommodation there is a common area of a well-kept garden with reading nook and deck chairs, and a barbecue corner, inside the property there is also the parking space. The 20 sqm apartment consists of double bedroom and unique kitchenette room and independent bathroom with shower stall.
