Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt.
