Best of both beach and gum trees

Relaxed calm amongst the Gum trees. Older style home divided into two apartments Set on an acre block enjoy the tranquil sound of nature. Comfortable casual living with an outdoor Bali Hut leading on to the Spa and BBQ area. The apartment is fully self contained with only a 15-20 min walk to beach, main street with its vibrant cafes and restaurants. Only a short drive to the many wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula. We live in apartment 2 and have pets. Both apartments have there own back yard.

It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.
