As soon as you drive down the street, you know you’re someplace special. Lovely homes on a cul de sac it's paradise. Enjoy the trade winds on the deck in the evening and the stars. Dining al fresco, you’ll enjoy hearing the gentle roar of the ocean. In the mornings you will wake up to the tropical birds singing. Not at the beach or sight-seeing, you & the family can enjoy the backyard. Enjoy the fruit of the papaya & orange trees when in season. The table downstairs is a great workspace.

Great central location. 5 minutes to beaches, shopping, restaurants, scuba and more. Tropical resort setting with tons of native trees, plants and Koi ponds. Pool was converted to saltwater in 2023. Open airy condo has a ton of natural light. Ceiling fans in every room along with ocean breezes provide the perfect climate all year. Kitchen remodeled and larger washer/dryer installed in 2023. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas and pack and play provided.
