Take advantage of the trail around Easter lake. Lots of nature and quiet. Walk or Bike 6 miles of trail around the lake. Slip into a comfortable king size bed for a great nights sleep. My guests have a private room (bedroom) on the second floor of my home with an adjacent shared full bath. I occupy the bedroom & bathroom on the first floor. We share the kitchen, dining & living rooms, patio and garden area & free parking. No alcohol, pets or smoking allowed. A very nice hot tub is in the back patio. Located 15 minutes from the airport & downtown Des Moines & minutes from a Raccoon River park with walking, running, & biking trails. The Val Air Ballroom is a 7 min walk.

Unique "Little Italy" Apartment

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
