Sunny apartment in old town of Höxter

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all shopping facilities are within walking distance. The castle of Corvey as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is just about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, just about 500 meters from the apartment. Direction Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake area with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Haus Tom ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und wurde Anfang 2018 von uns erworben. The attic of this quarry stone house , built in 1865, was completely newly built . It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees ! Getting to rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
