Charming apartment.

Accommodation attached to our house, in the heart of Ponet with atypical independent access (small stone staircase accessible from our cellar. Be careful, you should not have any difficulty getting around). Refurbished, it consists of a large bedroom with bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, a toilet and a mezzanine. Peaceful and quiet environment. Hiking departure at the foot of the house. Cleaning is not counted, it is to be done by you.

In the heart of the Drome Valley, our secluded home is two kilometers from the village of Saillans. Starting with GR trails, it has stunning views of the Trois Becs. Our agricultural activity mixes with a rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and leave for the alpine during the summer period. We also have a backyard where rabbit and chickens live. We also make essential oil and hydrolat.

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a upscale service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Charming 45 m2 cottage being renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort.
