Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Recently renovated apartment, elegant and welcoming, with design elements. Large internal and private terrace. Central location, inside Porta Venezia, one of the coolest districts of Milan, from which you can easily reach all the main areas of interest on foot (15 min walk to Duomo). The district is full of clubs, boutiques, bars, restaurants and green areas but the house is very quiet. Few steps from the metro Red (2 mins on foot) and Yellow Line (5 mins) and from Central station (10 mins).
