Located in in a great neighborhood of Nederland Texas, this unit is newly remodeled, spacious, safe, clean and quite. it's close to shopping mall, Walmart, HEB, drug stores, restaurants , schools, Lamar University, and refineries. guests own the whole space including private entrance, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a spacious bedroom, laundry space, kids area, back yard patio and trampoline, free parking, and TV and DVDs. Our goals is for you to have a pleasant stay. Each pet fee is $10.
