The Condo efficiency/loaf/unit is located on the 4th floor w/walking distance to the beach!. (Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. The building has a very easily accessible elevator & Karts to carry ur stuff.
