The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Located on a high floor, with elevator, this apartment renovated in 2017 enjoys beautiful services. Friendly and lively neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby (port, Garibaldi Square, Massena Square). Old Nice and Promenade des Anglais within 10 minutes walk. Public transportation at the foot of the building.

Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé en 2ème étage dans un immeuble de charme d'inspiration Art Nouveau. Il se compose d'un salon/séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre et SDB. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Nice (à deux pas de la place Massena, de la coulée verte, du vieux Nice). Très bien desservi par les transports en commun (tram L1 et 2 et bus) et par les commerces (supérette en face, boulangerie, caviste...). L'adresse idéale pour des vacances réussies!

Studio with mezzanine very well equipped dishwasher coffee machine toaster air conditioning wifi free.Situated in a pedestrian street 2 steps from the sea it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs.Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The shower room is equipped with a dryer of shower gel seviettes. The fridge has a bottle of rose de provence as a welcome gift. Two cups of coffee for the first morning.

New quiet studio for 2 people in the new residence Port Nicea (building delivery in June 2020) with a small terrace. The studio apartment is furnished. 10 min walk to Garibaldi Square and Old Town. 10-15 minutes walk to beaches. There are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, dairies, fish shops and butcheries. Close to the house there are bus stops for directions to Cannes and Monaco and a Tram T2 Port Limpia/Airport stop.
