Separate Suite, nice, quite, close to city center

The basement suite is very spacious, it’s 1300 square feet. All the space showed on the photos are private, independent, you don't need to share with someone else during your stay! Three big beds are very comfortable for a family to stay. A lot of parking space, very easy to park. The suite is 3 min. to Coquitlam city center by car, and 25 min. to Metrotown Burnaby, 30 min. to downtown Vancouver, About 50 minutes to Vancouver international airport by car.

I have a comfy 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom Main floor with a spectacular view of the local mountains. There is an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and large deck which is perfect for entertaining & BBQing. Would accommodate up to 8 adults easily. There are several public golf clubs close by along with wilderness hiking and cycling trails, loads of parks and recreation facilities, world renown Whistler Resort is a 2 hour 15 minutes drive.

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
