A beautiful view over the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. Primarily and with unobstructed views of the ocean, and you often see training/boating in the ocean area just out front. It's quite a few meters from a refreshing ocean bath by the bathing bridge in front of the Lighthouse. The space appears modern in its expression, with bare concrete walls, and includes a toilet, kitchen, and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be turned out for 2 people.

Unique apartment in Lighthouse, Aarhus Ø

We love our little sanctuary by the water. This is where the year-round holiday atmosphere with views of the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it is the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via bathing jetty. At the same time, Aarhus Island has plenty of city life with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. Apartment is on 2 levels with private entrance and views to the bay and the Rice Forest.

Bathhouse, unique location on pier, w/parking space

Unique opportunity to live directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on newly built Aarhus Ø. Wifi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

The bathhouse is located on Aarhus island which is the new hip place. Bring the fishing rod - possibility of fishing right by the house. At the harbour 100-200 m from the house there is plenty of opportunity to have a nice street food meal 🍺🌮🍔and or its morning coffee☕️ 🥐or perhaps a delicious ice cream 🍦🍡to end the day with. Or take a trip to the city centre 1.5 km🤗here is a great opportunity for shopping and great dining.
