We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Parking is behind locked gates, you will be using a remote to enter/exit.

"SANDBANK" is in a prime location in Hawks Nest. Minutes walk to Bennetts Beach, Golf Club and local shops. Its main building was originally a commercial Bank that was relocated to this spot years ago, hence its name. It is an open plan, easy house to live in, with 3 TV's, Netflix, Foxtel and free wifi.
