Beautiful large studio on the ocean.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests to share our beautiful property so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know about who is coming and some hopes for your trip. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

Spacious Comfortable Deering Oaks Suite

The suite is the second floor of an historic 1907 brick house, designed by John Calvin Stevens, and includes two bedrooms, a big living room, little dining room, and a park view, but no real kitchen. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The front door is the suite's own private entrance and the driveway is for your use; there are no common spaces. A shared spacious garden is at the end of the driveway. The 54-acre historic park includes a playground and wading pool.

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.
