Very nice house next to the beach.

Come to enjoy Barra do Ribeiro and get very well installed, in a cozy house, consisting of two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, two bathrooms, a championship kitchen with a barbecue and wood stove; fireplace, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, high ceiling, which makes it airy. It is 400 meters from the beach, 30 from the banks and the central boardwalk and 200 meters from the main supermarket of the city. Close to pharmacies, butchers, fruit plants. Perfect location. Garage for a car.

Cottage/ #Relax with Nature!

Next to Porto Alegre, the site is located in the "Rural Zone", full of green and wild birds. On the road there is no public transport, and the neighborhood are residents of other places which ensures the "Social Distancing" and the quiet of the place. In addition to the Guesthouse, the site has only one more villa that is the Host's. But the houses are independent and distant from each other. Near the Viamão Centre which has markets close to the site you will also have mini-markets

Beautiful, New and Spacious. Apt 40m², not loft.

Hi, I'm João, owner of the apartment, but I left it to Lucas to manage, as I'm preparing to travel through South America with my faithful partnership, a 1975 Caravan. If you stay you will be contributing this dream, Mt thank you. Here we have: 24h concierge, pool, gym, rooftop, paid laundry, free parking and co-working. In the apartment there are up to 4 people, double bed, extra mattress, Air, sofa, cooktop (induction), TV, WiFi, bathroom, full kitchen and indoor barbecue!

Cozy house in Ipanema

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation one block from the Ipanema boardwalk on high street without flooding. Expansive backyard with lawn. Your Pet is welcome outside. I live in the back house alone without Pet or children and if I am at home I am discreet and without interaction if you wish but if you want to chat I can give you the tips of the place I live here in the neighborhood 50 years know everything from here kkkkkk
