As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Air condition and ceiling fan, mosquito nets. 1 parking space along the panoramic road next to the entrance gate of the property. Notice: 57 STEPS separate the entrance gate from the house! Monte Argentario- authentic, real-Tuscany's well kept secret. Upper floor of villa with a balcony, with a table on and an amazing view of the sea. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.
