Lovely villa surrounded by greenery 3 minutes from the sea with private parking space and automatic gate. The fully air-conditioned villa has a large fenced green garden with an outdoor shower, gas and wood-burning BBQ. It has on two floors, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, kitchen equipped with appliances, dining area and living area with sofa bed. Outside there is a covered veranda for lunches and dinners together.
