The rental isnt on the beach-side of the property. The beach is 20-feet away. A walk around the building and over our private walkways takes you to the beach

Fantastic freshly renovated roomy apartment smack in the heart of the Ghent district. Just a few minutes walk from EVMS, ODU, numerous neighborhood craft breweries and an endless variety of dining options, including the area's only authentic wood-fired oven bakery, several locally owned coffee houses and organic stores. The area's best supermarket is also one block away (Fresh Market) and the brand new Aldi is also just a few more steps down the street. Due to allergies-no pets. Sorry.

The Guest portion of the home is an attached carriage house. The first floor features a large 1134 Sq ft living space that is dedicated entirely to guests. Above it is a locked unoccupied attic.
