Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with child. Guests are allowed to bring pets. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the nearby surroundings or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. On Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. The tram takes about 15 minutes to get to the old town of Köpenick, where you can visit the famous town hall of Köpenick with its ratchet cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (a 15-minute walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
