Oceanfront Family Home

I travel a lot so my home sadly sits empty. I'd love to share this piece of heaven with everyone! Come enjoy the beach. At night you can star gaze surrounded by peaceful silence. Walk on waterfront in the front yard and forest in the backyard, yet only 10 mins to town! My house is not perfect. Like any family home, it has its quirks and the closets are full of my stuff, but the beds are clean and you can't beat the location.

The Merry Berry Hideaway

In this spacious 1700 sq foot home you will be able to enjoy the privacy of the entire house which is set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acre property. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. The winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and our carriage house which is privately tucked away and situated approximately 1/2 acre from the main house.

Fix yourself a coffee in the morning followed by a little R&R on the front patio soaking in the hot tub while taking in the ocean view. You may just be able to spot a seal or even a killer whale! Netflix on the 50" tv and board games aplenty. A short walk to the seawall trail & all shops along Marine ave.

Our place is waterfront west facing with great sunsets. We have 2 large decks, and a dock. We have a cozy fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, large screen smart tv, full equipped kitchen. Also hot tub and fire table. 3 bed rooms and a loft and 2.5 bathrooms. No smoking, no pets please.
