Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

You're welcome to this gorgeous, newly renovated penthouse (August 2019) on two floors on top of one of the tallest beachfront buildings. You will enjoy spectacular views of the beaches, the promenade and the characteristic village of Armação de Pêra. The absolutely convenient location at the beginning of the pedestrian island will allow you both to enjoy pleasant walks along the coast and to cross the road and access directly to the free beach.
