Excellent location in Split - close to everything, still in a quiet area. Detached small house in a residential neighborhood on slopes of hill Marjan, just below city's best viewpoint, off main streets but easily accessible by car as well. It's only 7 min walk through picturesque Varos to the old town & Diocletian place; 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the big hill park Marjan nature trails. The house features two independent units (a studio and a one-bedroom apartment) and a patio.

The old stone house, completely renovated, is located in the center of the island of Ciovo , near the town Trogir. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. The house have plenty of room,equipt with evrything you need (modern kitchen,new toilets,full size beds,air condition,bbq),clean and nice.The hot tub(yacuzi) placed next to the house brings you pleasure and relaxing.
