PRIVATE suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. Featuring two rooms, one with a double bed the other with king sized bed and living space. Couch is a queen sized pull- out. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

My house is located downtown Charlottetown and is close to all amenities. The dining room table seats 4 people comfortably and there is a smaller table in the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor, just behind the kitchen area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The washroom is located upstairs at the end of the hall.
