The house is located 100 meters from the lake in one of the ancient courtyards of Suna between the houses of the old Suna,inside the old courtyards, 200 meters from the swimming pools and 100 from the municipal beaches. Pallanza is 5 minutes on foot. The house is in the historic center, pedestrian island, you can walk . There are two parking spaces 50mt and one on Balilla Street and the other along the Toubetzkoy Street. The house has been recently refurbished and IS totally green. Large, cozy and bright two-room apartment, just renovated, equipped with everything you will need for your pleasant stay on Lake Maggiore. Located on the ground floor in an independent house separated from the neighboring ones, it has a patio and a large private garden exclusively for the exclusive use of the guests only. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Ideal for smart working and relaxing. 10 minutes from downtown and the lake, residential area, very quiet.
