To rent, nice apartment with balcony and sea view in a private residence with private pool for maximum 4 person. When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Top floor apartment within gated resort, overlooking the swimming pool and with amazing sea views. Recently refurbished. Two bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom), living room with open plan kitchen and large terrace. High speed fibre wifi & smart TV. The resort has direct access to the paseo (pedestrian ocean walk). The closest beach (Playa Bastian) is 250m away along the paseo. Close to shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. In front of bus stop to centre of Costa Teguise and Arrecife.

In small-scale Caleton Blanco complex on the boulevard of Puerto del Carmen with bars, restaurants, shops and facilities. Direct access to the long sandy beach at the boulevard. The location is centrally located between the old and the new town. The apartment is on one level on ground floor with sea views from the spacious terrace in a quiet complex with well maintained gardens and communal swimming pool with children's pool. Via a few easy steps you are directly on the boulevard and the beach.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

My place is good for people looking for rest and privacy. If guests want to, they don't have to have direct contact with others. The bungalow is front-row to the sea and has incredible views. We provide clean towels every 4 days and clean sheets every 7 days. If travelling with children, there is a sofa bed in the living room so that 2 children can sleep comfortably (supplement of €10 per day for an extra child).
