PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

It is located 300m from the beach,100 m from restaurants, 300m from store and 800m from city center. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom, tv,cabel(sat), free air condition and a free wi-fi. Parking is available right in front of the house and terase too. In the house we also have a massage salon. Our guest are able to get massage services as the discounted price.

Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.
