The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi.  Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. Self-contained with its own entrance and parking bay, this is perfect for a country getaway. The village, at the foot of the South Downs, is ideal for walking and cycling and has an award-winning pub and lovely cafés. For more excitement, Brighton. Lewes and Glyndebourne are all around 20 minutes away and London less than an hour. Hassocks has direct trains to the capital and Brighton, and is a five-minute taxi ride. We have wi-fi and if you need stronger connection, can add the booster.

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

This is a compact private area within the ground floor of our house with its own front door and parking outside. It is located in north Brighton in a quiet residential area so please be mindful of our neighbours. Sleeping arrangements are one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment has direct access to our sunny garden with your own patio. NB -there is a railway line deep cutting close by and you will hear trains passing during the day.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Wooden cabin with fab views, private access and garden tucked away behind our cottage. Ideal for walkers/cyclists - just come down from the Southdowns Way when you get to the historic village of Fulking in the National Park - we're at the foot of the escarpment. Basic ingredients for breakfast/hot drinks provided for walkers. Wifi, TV, netflix, hot shower, comfy bed, excellent pub close by. Spectacular scenery and walks leading in all directions from the doorstep!
