Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside.

I'm Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful square yard from the 16th century with 4,000 m ² of meadow & forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday with family and/or friends. In perennial and very elaborate renovation, the farm has been completely renovated. Four residential units were created. In the east wing we live, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwest part 2 chalets were built.
