Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

We are open for the 2024 season, and meet all recent changes in the local laws regarding Airbnb. The cottage is one large room with a queen-size bed, a sofa, TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker, & outside BBQ. with a private bathroom. We are set in 1-1/2 acres of landscaped gardens & a 55,000-gallon Koi pond. We are 30 min. from Campbell River, Courtenay, & Mt.Washington. The Oyster River is just across the street & Saratoga Beach is nearby. There are many biking trails in our area too.
