This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

Located in a secluded part of the refugee and in front of one of the best surf spots, it takes only 30 seconds to walk to the beach! Many local activities await you to make your stay an adventure! To be completely transparent a construction began in May nearby. Inconveniences were minimized and last floor will be finished end of septembre. I am willing to negotiate any inconvenience that may arise during your stay.

Casa Libelula is located in the low key beach village of Esterillos Oeste. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home along with a separate casita ( bedroom/bathroom) is in a secure gated community. The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away. Please be aware Casa Libelula is located in a quiet residential area.
