Sunny Villa Apartment in the Central City

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880's villa just 10 min walk to the historical cathedral with cafés, alfresco dining & famous Nelson Saturday market close by. I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics. I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas. My place sleeps 2 in comfort, the bathroom is en suite. If you are 3, there is also a fold-out chair bed and extra bedding. Enjoy!

Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Set high on the hill, with a wrap around balcony, large covered BBQ garden area and close to everything. Free parking for two cars. Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious describes this fully renovated villa. Fully equipped kitchen with all your requirements catered for. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and soft voiles for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have got double glazed windows. Modern bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet.
