Ideally located at the exit of the village, quiet, close to shops. The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 50 m2, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The living room on the ground floor is air-conditioned. Equipped with a 6-seater outdoor SPA and 2 terraces with relaxing furniture and barbecue. Broadband WiFi throughout the villa and on the terrace. Access to Orange's bouquet TV channels and NETFLIX. The rental includes the entire house, garden and private access to the SPA. The garden, enclosed by an automatic gate, can accommodate 3 cars. I live near the villa. I can make myself available to help you during your stay or stay very discreet.... it's up to you. I will be there to welcome you, but I can also leave you the keys in a key box coded for more flexibility. Enjoying a quiet and natural environment, the villa is located in a neighborhood composed of a dozen houses at the exit of the village. Many shops (supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria) are 800 m away. - 15 minutes from the Bordeaux tramway (car / tram exchange park) - 20 minutes from Saint Jean train station - 30 minutes from Bordeaux - Mérignac airport - Beds made on arrival - Household linen and towels included - Maintenance kit - End of stay cleaning included ( excluding dishes and garbage cans ) - Tourist tax included

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

This house is located in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It's a very quiet place, not overlooked but close to the city and the traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the area is a very good base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
