In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Personalized large apartment!

Near the center of Joensuu, a personal apartment on four floors. The houses were designed by an architect and graduated in the 1960s. The renovated apartment offers a place to sleep up to 13 people. Bed seats 10-11 (bed-ray 2pcs). From the large windows of the living room you can see the River Pielisjoki. There is a bus in front of the house about every 15 minutes to the city center and the university. Here's a carefree and comfortable living, for a larger group.
