Warmly welcome to this well-located, nautical studio. Peaceful new-fashioned house. A spacious bright studio with an open kitchen and a double bed in the alcove. The apartment also has a sofa bed. For added comfort, a sauna and a carport. It's nice to have morning coffee on the glazed balcony and watch an unobstructed view of nature. From here, it's a short trip to Old Rauma and the sea. Also a great place for a commuter. The key things are coziness, cleanliness and affordability. 😊

You may forget your concerns in this spacious, cozy and peaceful apartment. There are ideal walking ways in a peaceful surroundings near the sea. You may go to swim in the sea during summer or winter nearby in Meriristi or Kisaranta. You have an own parking place near the main entrance with possibility of electric heating it in the wintertime. Not suitable for disabled as the apartment is located in the top third floor of this apartment house with no elevator.
