Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

The flat is located in a small village called Leudelange, which is surrounded by forests. Despite its proximity to the city and the motorway, it feels like being in the countryside. You can be in the city within 10 minutes by bus (50 metres from the flat). The flat of about 70 square metres is fully equipped. It has a large bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. There is a desk for business travellers. 24/24 and 7/7 free parking possible in the neighbourhood.

We live in a charming house and provide the second full floor. For your living room: a living area with a large sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Another corner of the studio can accommodate 2 other people thanks to another sofa. There is no elevator. Access is through the main entrance of the house where we live. The house has a terrace, swimming pool, a play area.
