The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). City Hideaway with hot tub (family/couples only)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

The guest suite is the ground floor of our 3-storey house. The front door and entrance corridor is shared with us. There are no doors on the stairs separating the floors. Double rooms with king-size beds. No tv. Small toilet and small shower room. Mini kitchen with combi oven, single electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster for guest use only. Tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. Free street parking. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs, small toilet and shower

This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820.
