Furnished tourist accommodation, classified***, 30 m2 located at the gates of Aurillac. It's already the countryside: quiet, greenery and small birds! Apartment for 2 people adjoining our house but totally independent (private terrace, 1 private parking space). Great location for a business trip (Aurillac 5 minutes away) or sightseeing : Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort 40 minutes away - Salers 30 minutes away - Swimming at the St Etienne Cantalès dam 20 minutes away. Aurillac Street Theater Festival.

Small country house with wooded land

nice little cozy and comfortable house very quiet on large wooded lot with parking, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 1 90 bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom upstairs, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, 1 toilet on the ground floor. Located in the heart of the Cantonal mountains close to many small shops and 8 km away from Aurillac. Many sites and museums to visit, beautiful cycling and hiking hikes. Important, I don't accept pets.

T2 on the first floor of a small building in the old city walls. Large main room with convertible to 140, 160 bedroom separable into two 80 beds (quality bedding) and bathroom with toilet. All three fully restored. Kitchen fully equipped but only refreshed. washing machine, highchair, baby bed. Shops and service nearby. SNCF train station less than a 15-minute walk away. Pets allowed, non-smoking. Great for hikes.
