Lovely, sunny and peaceful apartment of 68 m2 and 16m2 of spectacular terrace, with great charm and fully restored, with views to "Metropol Theatre", designed by the architect J.M. Jujol (disciple of A. Gaudí). Capacity up to five people. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, 2 double beds (1 sofa bed) and 1 single bed, 2 TV, internet, wifi, air con, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer, iron, hairdryer and washing machine. The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station.
