BEST Location + PRIVATE parking 3bedroom apartment

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, down town home will be available for only 3 weeks this year. The location is perfect and the Hallgrímskirkja church is practically in our garden. Even though it's so central the street is really peaceful. There are 3 bedrooms, two full sized and one smaller toddler's room. The apartment has big and bright balconies and a small but lovely garden. A private parking space that fits two cars and pretty much everything you would need for a lovely stay in Reykjavík.

Both the apartment as well as the location is very suitable for families. It is located close to the city center but not too close to be able to have some privacy. We offer free parking for two cars and a private entrance to our apartment. There is a nice garden with a private patio, hot tub and a trampoline. In addition, there are many playgrounds nearby. In walking distance are a few places for instance Grímsbær, Austurver, a public hospital and Kringlan Shopping Center/Mall.

Great place for great people

We are located in a neighbourhood close to nature and with the best swimming pool in Reykjavik within 30 minute walking distance. Our house is in Ellidaardalur which is a very beautiful recreational area with a salmon river in the middle. Only 10 minute walk to public transport centre. The appartment is 35 square metres with high ceilings. Top quality king size bed, and a sleeping sofa. Exellent for famely with kids.
