Hello, Bonjour, Olá. Chicly furnished, cozy ground floor apartment, sun balcony and many amenities are waiting for you! Messe Düsseldorf and Old Town with cars (25 minutes), Allrounder Skihalle Neuss(15 minutes), the Kaarster See swimming pool (15 minutes), Dyk Castle, Cologne Cathedral (42 minutes). Also good bus & train connection on site! There is a lot of greenery for walks/bike rides and overall a high recreational value. A supermarket and doctor's house are 3 minutes away. The location is central. Animals on request!

This spacious house (55m2) is most suitable for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. Right next to the house is the National Park the Eifel and a few minutes drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel. The apartment features a large double bed (2 by 2 meters) and two single beds.
