The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Our home has an exclusive guest room with its own bathroom, including WC and rainshower (NEW). The cosy room on the ground floor is separated from the rest of the house by a soundproof door. After a warm welcome, an access code allows independent access. The guest room can be locked from the inside. Although two cats live in the house, they do not have access to the guest room. However, a stay is less suitable for allergy sufferers.

(Supermarket; bakeries, restaurants). Breakfast is not included. Due to its location in a play street and cul-de-sac, the apartment is very quiet. Dogs are welcome and must be booked with.

In an former barn, which was expanded into a guest house, we rent out two double rooms (rooms 3 and 4) and two single rooms (room 1 and 2) on the first floor. All rooms need to be booked individually. We are happy to offer a rich, varied breakfast for the price of €11 on a previous order. This serve from 6.30 am in our bright and sunny breakfast room or conservatory.
